Phytolin and High Antioxidants

Antioxidant levels are usually expressed in ORAC (oxygen radical absorbance capacity) “units” per gram of material or foodstuff.
The ORAC “unit” is becoming the international standard for expressing the antioxidant power of foods and dietary supplements.
 
Foods typically high in polyphenol antioxidants include: tea, grapes (wine), cocoa, berries, coffee, nuts, spices & herbs
 
The natural polyphenols in Phytolin™ provide its antioxidant capability.
 
Phytolin™ is very rich in antioxidants. It has a higher level of Antioxidants than foods high in polyphenols such as tea, red wine, fruits and berries.
 
Phytolin™ can be added as an ingredient to raise the Antioxidant levels of foods, beverages and pharmaceutical products.
